Cooking with Beauty is back with one of my good friends and favorite chefs in Chicago, Giuseppe Tentori. GT Fish & Oyster, located in the River North area of Chicago, is always on my short list of recommendations. I really wanted to learn how to make the GT lobster roll and Giuseppe agreed to teach me from the beginning…with live lobsters. Even better, he taught me how to make two versions, traditional and Connecticut. The hardest part was looking the lobster in the eye. Enjoy!
