Sportsman Club Kicks Off Summer with Backyard BBQ’s

Starting this Sunday, June 8, Sportsman Club kicks off their summer BBQ series as the team up with Publican Quality Meats head butcher Cosmo Goss and Local Option Brewery. There series will heat up 1-2 times a month with special guest chefs who is also a regular at Sportsman Club paired with a brewery. In celebration of his Santa Barbara, California roots, Goss will prepare Santa Maria-style tri-tip along with pickled green tomato pico de gallo, baked beans, and bolillo rolls. Solemn Oath Brewery will provide the beer for the kickoff event. The price will be $20 for a plate of BBQ, a beer, and a shot of whiskey. The BBQ will take place from 4pm until supplies run out. Next up in the series will be Trenchermen executive chef Pat Sheerin.
