I have way too many pots and pans but one more wasn't going to break the shelf. So, when I came across this non-stick GreenPan™ at West Elm, I thought I'd give it try for my morning eggs. My friend talked me into it because they are inexpensive and now I want to buy a few more. Not really knowing what made them "green", I went to their site for a little more info.
