Embeya Launches Asian Soup Guest Chef Series

On January 28th, every other Monday night, a chef will join the Embeya kitchen to prepare and Asian-inspired soup to pair with the dishes at Embeya. First up is chef Jason Vincent of Nightwood (Jan. 28) who will prepare a rich walleye broth with fish dumpling, crispy carrot, foie jelly, and coriander. On February 11th, Trenchermen chefs/brothers Pat and Mike Sheerin will head to Embeya to create their Asian-inspired soup bowl. A portion of the proceeds from each bowl of soup will be donated to teh Green City Market.
