Bub City Briefing

By kikilu — March 14, 2013

If you haven't had a chance to check out Bub City for the finger-licking BBQ, giddy up fries or just about anything from the shellfish bar, they now have a few extra reasons to visit.

Whiskey Flights
Mixologist Paul McGee debuts Bub City’s Whiskey Flight – offering three different 1 ounce pours. Aimed at whiskey-lovers and amateurs alike, it’s the perfect approach to expanding knowledge of whiskey flavors, characteristics and varieties. Flights will change every Wednesday, and prices will vary from week to week based on the offerings.

Late Night Menu
Sundays -Wednesdays and after 11pm Thursdays through Saturdays, enjoy a selection of must-haves including the likes of homemade Texas torpedoes, chicken wings, friend chicken, chopped brisket sandwich, and, yes, giddy up fries, among others. Menu

Brunch & Lunch
On Saturdays and Sundays, from 11am to 3pm, stop by for the “Bub City Breakfast” – two fried eggs, choice of housemade bacon, hot link or ham, cheesy grits and cheddar buttermilk biscuits, Fried Chicken and Waffles with jalapeño + bacon honey, white gravy and whipped butter, and Buttermilk Cheddar Biscuits with white sausage gravy, alongside the regular lunch menu.

Bub City is located at 435 N. Clark
