Tavern on Rush will be hosting an exclusive "Tavern's Tour Through Italy" wine dinner on Wednesday, February 27th for $75 per person.  Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy an Italian five-course dinner with selected wine pairings.  The five-course dinner is presented by Chef John Gastos and will feature a variety of Italian wines including: Bramito Chardonnay, Villa Antinori Bianco, and Tignanello.  Menu items include: Salmon Carpaccio, Open Faced Osso Bucco Ravioli, Carved New York Strip, and more.
