Once again, we are celebrating simple ingredients at the family table with the Fine Living program at Mariano's Fresh Market with Beauty and Her Feast. For the month of November, I wanted to share one of my childhood favorites at Thanksgiving dinner, cornbread stuffing. It never occured to me that people in Chicago didn't eat cornbread stuffing but growing up with parents from New Orleans, I now realize I am blessed with Cajun culinary roots. So I've pumped up my mom's recipe, with her blessing, and I'm baking it at select Mariano's all month. Here's what's cooking for Fine Living this month:
