CHEF GIUSEPPE TENTORI PRESENTS BOKA’S FIRST IMPERIAL DINNER

Let's say you love wine. Let's also say you love food. And just to make this a little more fun, let's say you're in-the-know in the food world. So, did you know that chef Giuseppe Tentori is hosting his first Imperial Dinner? Ha. I got ya. Not only did you not know…you're now scratching you're head asking, "What's an Imperial Dinner?" 

On Sunday, November 18, Chef/Partner Giuseppe Tentori is honored to welcome six esteemed chefs to his Michelin-starred BOKA for an unmatched evening of extraordinary cuisine and large format wines bottled exclusively for the occasion.

This event marks BOKA's first Imperial Dinner, whose title captures the grandeur of both the wines and chefs involved. For one night only, 90 guests will enjoy the combined culinary talents of Carl Shelton, Chef de Cuisine at BOKA; Homaro Cantu of moto and iNG; Bill Kim of Urban Belly, Belly Shack and bellyQ; Michael Sheerin of the Trenchermen; Matthias Merges of Yusho; Anthony Martin of Tru; and Sarah Jordan of BOKA GT Fish & Oyster. The award-winning chefs have collaborated on a six-course menu that will be impeccably matched with fine wines sourced from around the world, bottled in imperial format.

"I thought it would be exciting to bring such good friends together at BOKA, and the bottles we've selected are just incredible," said Chef Tentori. "Between the talent and fun personalities in the kitchen - and the flowing wine - guests are in for a really special night."

The evening begins at 6:30 pm with canapés, followed by dinner at 7:30 pm.  The menu includes:
