Every kitchen should have a cast iron skillet. It's a way of life when it comes to cooking. I recently acquired a huge 17" Lodge cast iron skillet and love the way everything cooks in it. Lodge just earned a Beauty Mark for their affordable, high quality cast iron products. Remember, you never wash with soap. The whole point of the cast iron is it seasons with each use.
