If you’ve ever wanted to be swept away by the tastes, smells and oh, I don’t know…the sounds of Paris, an afternoon with Chef Martial Noguier at Bistronomc will transport you there. Besides his culinary prowess, he is one of the most charming chefs in Chicago…ask anyone that was in the live audience for his Spotlight Chef event sponsored by Moët & Chandon. With each break during his hour and a half interview, guests would come up to me commenting on how facinating his heavily accented tales were. They wanted to hear more about Martial’s life growing up in Paris, his journey to Chicago, working for Michael Jordan and of course, his favorite spots to dine around town!
Bistronomic is one of Gold Coast’s gems and Martial brings his French heritage and classic training to every meal they serve. Voted Best New Restaurant by Penny Pollack of Chicago Magazine, it’s easy to see why Chef Martial is firmly rooted in the Chicago culinary scene. I’m going out on a limb to predict that we will see more in the future from this talented and charming chef!
