This is one of my favorite videos so far. Not only because I LOVE, CRAVE AND DREAM about gnocchi (often) but because Chef Todd Stein is a great guy and fun to hang with. He readily agreed to cook gnocchi with me in the kitchen at The Florentine and it proved to be a great tutorial, even though I've been making them for years. We both promise that homemade gnocchi are well worth the effort. Anyone wishing for additional instruction, feel free to email me here.  As for a sauce, the simple rendition Chef Todd shares with us is quick and easy but any tomato or creamy sauce works just as well with gnocchi.

It's a good thing Chef Jesse has a good sense of humor. Honestly, I knew sushi wouldn't be difficult but having someone walk you through the steps certainly makes it easier. And after a couple shots of sake, I needed a little help!
